Overview
Description[]
- The Church of Negation is an interesting card that can be hard to use, but is very effective if used correctly. Its Disintegrate effect combines Crowd Control with enemy unit destruction, slowly reducing any enemy Creatures that stray too near it to nothingness. Because this process is slow, more than one enemy will inevitably be seized by the Church, and because every enemy over one causes damage to the Church, it can destroy itself with its own ability.
- It can only be used as the sole means of defense in certain scenarios, or with one Frost orb, for the building guardians and repairers that can keep it from destroying itself. En masse, and/or as a secondary line of defense, behind a kill zone of units or Towers, it can be used without repairers, although such a setup will require even more micromanagement.
- Its effectiveness increases markedly with Upgrades, adding successive degrees of speed to the disintegration process.
Abilities[]
Mass Disintegration
- Mass Disintegration - Disintegrates up to 6 targets simultaneously over time. Target units will be paralyzed during disintegration and cannot be attacked by other units. If the spell is interrupted prematurely the targets will be released unharmed. When disintegrating more than 1 target at the same time the spell will apply an increasing damage on the fortress that gets more harmful the more targets it affects.
